Evergreen Wellness Collective LLC (“Evergreen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Oregon limited liability company and the parent company of Fit Founder Collective. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit evergreenwellnesscollective.com (the “Site”) or interact with our services.

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party tools we use to run our business.
Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, comment on the Site, fill out a contact form, book a coaching session, purchase a program or product, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, payment information (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), scheduling details, and any messages or content you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, time spent on pages, and similar usage data. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

- WordPress.com (Automattic) — hosts the Site and provides basic site analytics.
- Stan.store — handles our storefront, checkout, and bookings. Stan and its payment processor handle and store payment card details under their own privacy policy.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — sends our newsletters and marketing emails.
- Google Analytics — provides website analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — helps us measure ad performance and reach similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
Each provider has its own privacy practices, and we recommend reviewing them. We do not sell your personal information for money.
